Definitely a welcome step

And a great news for all those employees who were forced to work outside the State due to transfers.
This is a call from the motherland and whosoever is longing to back to his village / hometown has now the opportunity to bring into effect his transfer by way of transfer on mutual understanding.
This would also clear Uttarakhand of the otherwise reluctant employees from UP and Bihar who missed their hometown.
So best of luck to you all and spread this good news
Regards
