No Friend there is no grammar in Garhwali.... or Kumaoni....

However, there are some organisations which are working for developing such a grammar of Garhwali.

When it would be completed we can send you a copy.

Tab tak let us learn from group members.

How do we say in Garhwali...

I LOVE YOU
मैं ढूँढता तुझे था जब कुन्ज और वन में
तू ढूँढता मुझे था तब दीन के वतन में
तू आह बन किसी की मुझको पुकारता था
मैं था तुझे बुलाता था संगीत में भजन में

Brigediar Sir (Young uttaranchal)

I have no reason to agree with you that Garhwali or Kumaoni has no grammer. There can be no language without grammer. What you can say is
" There is NO OFFICIAL AND/OR STANDARDIZED grammer"

Now back to basic question:

Dear Friend, Yeh bataiye ki jab aapne hindi bolnee seekhee thee, to kya aapko hindi grammer aatee thee? Nahi naa, par grammer thee. Aadha bharat Hindi bolta hai, jo anpadh hai, usko hindi grammer aatee hai kya? Nahee naa............. tau phir, Garhwali ya kumaoni Bolne ke liye Grammer kyon??

Brigediar Sir, tell me what is Hindi of " I LOVE YOU" then I can tell u garhwali of "I LOVE YOU".  I have Hindi-garhwali dictionary, but no English-Garhwali Dictionary.

mahapanchayat ke faisle ke baad hi mein duty join karoonga ya resign kar doonga.

To speak garhwali, the best way is garhwali song's. u just listen and understand wat singer want to say in song. most of people listen only music, and dance on this, so u just listen lyrics. and if u cant understand just consult to other people of relative who knows garhwali.

Dear sir,Grammer  is there but no STANDARDIZED grammer. for garhwali kumaoni..
u know every 10-15 KM u will find change the language tone.., meaning of words..
in pauri garhwal u will find lot of difference in speaking statndard.. meaning of words
for example:
Cloth : kapda, lara, jhulla, latta etc.
Tehri, pauri, chamoli, there is diff type of laguage. u can understand but tone and meaning are different.

same in kumouni laguage : almora, nainital's people speak diff like pithoragarh distt.
so Garhwal university(HNBU) trying to find out one standared laguage of uttarakhand as a "LIPI"
"o best of luck to HNBU"

I suggest that all Uttarakhandis should take a pledge
"we the people Uttarakhand, in the name of DEV-BHUMI, take pledge that we will speak our own "BOLI" at home and with every body, whosoever he may be, belonging to Uttarakhand.
Ghar men apni bhasha bolna jaruri hai tabhi apni bhasha ki Unnati hogi jo ki har Uttarakhandi ka sapna hai.
है अगर बिश्वास तो मंजिल मिलेगी, शर्त ये बिन रुके चलना पडेगा ।
जिस जगह पर हो अमावस की हकूमत, उस जगह पर दीप-सा जलना पडेगा ॥

Dear Titu,

Hindi ke baare mein kaha jaata hai " Kos-Kos par badle paani, Chaar Kos pe baani" meaning at every mile taste of water changes and at every four mile dialect (baani). Garhwali & Kumaoni are not different to hindi in that respect. But hindi has a grammer and grammer has been standardized. Having multiple words for same noun is not an issue, ain't u aware of "paryaywachi shabd" in hindi.

Even with International language English there is difference in the way language is spoken in different parts, thats doesn't mean it doesn't have standardised grammer.

There is nothing like standard grammer, only thing is standardised grammer, because no one learns to speak language by learning grammer. It is the way round, whatever ppl speak, is standardised in the form of grammer.

I agree with u. Grammar is required when u want to master a language but to speak juct the knowledge of the language is required.
