I've started making a documentary on the Uttarakhand Movement and the forgotten shaheeds... went to Bainitaal to explore the story of a great peaceful warrior.... Baba Mohan Uttrakhandi ..... Baba Mohan Uttrakhandi struggled till his last breath to promote this place as a tourist spot.... ironically this place is owned by a Non-Uttrakhandi, Brigadier Sareen... and has limited access to the actual inhabitants.... !!!

ये तो हम लोगो का दुर्भाग्य है की हमारे यहाँ शहीदों को सिर्फ शहीद दिवस पर ही याद किया जाता है, उनके परिजन अपने हालातो में यह भी भूल जाते हैं की वो एक राजकीय शहीद के परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं, सरकारें आई और गयी, परन्तु आज तक उत्तराखंड के शहीदों को और उनके परिजनों को कुछ हासिल नहीं हो सका, हासिल हुआ तो राजशाही और अफसरशाही को,
कुछ पंक्तिया याद आ गयी है,
आने वाली नस्ल के खवाबो, लेकिन इतना याद रहे,
हमने तुम्हारे कल की खातिर , अपना आज गवाया है,
