Though in the world you will find many people who have been bestowed with extraordinary skill / gifts from God. I have seen two following cases of Uttrahandi who have extraordinary & quite un-believable skills to treat people :-.
- In Bageshwar Distt, there is village called Dak (Banklesh) where women named Lachuli Devi lives, who takes out any particle entered into anyone’s eye with a needle without any pain & efficiently. Anyone can imagine how delicate & sensitive part of body eye. If someone takes out any particle & other things pierced in eye with needle, without any pain, is more astonishing fact. She has been rendering this service for people for about 12-15 yrs and but never demanded anyone money for this treatment. So people give her money according their wish for treatment. She has got any number of offers from Pvt and Govt Hospitals but she does not want to commercialize this skills of hers. She strongly believes that God is kind enough who has bestowed this unique Gift to her so she would utilize it in betterment of human being . Actually, She is from my village and got married this village which I have mentioned above. So, I have seen her personally treating the people. One more thing about her is that, she has a temple near house and she worship there before curing anybody. Such person amongst us should be given publicity and appreciation.
- Second story is of “Rai Aagar” near Chaukri (Berinag, Pithoragarh) where a person cures all the fracture cases very efficiently. He uses an exclusive traditional medicine to cure the fracture case. Actually, there a famous temple there called Sikhar Mool Narayan Ji where there is a dense forest. His forefather used to go there to cut (nikhgalu) for making handcrafts. Once a person (his forefather) found a Deer killed by some Hunters. He cut the deer into pieces but was not in position to take the entire Deer body in a trip. He must have decided to take other part of Deer later. He used some natural creepers to tie the remaining part of the Deer with a intention to take it in next trip. When he came to take it next time, he found the Creepers having the two bones of Deer fully connected to each other. He was quite astonished to see this phenomenon. Later he decided to use these Creepers in human fractures case, it worked out very well and since then they had his business there. People from different of Uk go there for quick treatment in facture cases. I have also seen a few person getting 100% benefits from this treatment. Even people from Lucknow had once arrived to there for treatment of internal fracture cases.
